Did Kanye save Adidas?
The name Kanye West, is now a household name. Just like the Kardashians, its a name that some really don't care about. Unless your a sneaker head, then Kanye is one of the most important name in the game. Kanye literally saved Adidas with his Yeezy line, and now is as powerful is not more than the Jordan line over at Nike. Now before you get all wound up saying Yeezy's can never compare to Jordan's....the truth might just open your eyes. You see we all know Nike and the Jordan brand is the power house in the industry, and has been for years. That is until now, you see the Yeezy craze has taken the sneaker world by storm, as it should be. Kanye has reached into his magical backpack, and made what some might say the show that saved Adidas. 
Ole Yeezy himself has understood that changing just a tiny part of each shoe, and throwing a little different color into it, will sell the same shoe out every single time. So just like Nike that can hype each drop coming, Kanye really doesn't have to do that, all the hype sites do it for him. Making him in my eyes, a lot smarter than Nike's marketing team....but who am I to point that out? I've been an Adidas wearing dude for as long as I can remember, but I love my Jordan's too. The problem is the quality of the Jordans has gotten worse as the years go by, and quite frankly...Adidas hasn't. Now give me a shoe I feel are the best wearing and most comfortable shoe I have ever put my foot in.....and just like that...I'm a Yeezy junky 120%. So to close this first blog out, thank you Adidas, and Kanye West, you def have me locked in and waiting for the next color way to drop!!
Like the Jordan brand, that can constantly sell out any color way under the sun they release by hyping each version out as if yo don't buy it when it drops...its will be gone forever. Truth is, most of the new sneaker heads are 14 year old kids sitting behind a computer with bots gobbling up every single shoe that drops to only resell them for less than retail in most cases....just so they can say they have Clout! Like Nike, Yeezys sell out 100% of the time and are side by side with the Jordan brand on drop day.
